I bought some windows, door and vinyl siding from Window World in Winston Salem, NC. The door I bought is a storm door with double pane glass. The Argon Gas is clouding up and I called Window World about the situation. They told me I would have to contact the people who made the door. The door has a lifetime warranty. I was not told this at the time the salesman was here. I was under the assumption they covered all warranty for the product I bought from them. It seems as though they do not stand behind the product they sale. They sent me a letter for me to contact the company that made the door and they would take care of it and they would send me a new one. They told me I would have to install the door myself. I am unable to install the door or do I know how to install it. I will have to contract it to have it installed. That is an extra cost to me that I can’t afford. I don’t know what to do next. Do I need to contract the door manufacture and have them send it and call Window World
