About 15 years ago we replaced 21 old drafty windows with Window World windows. We have been totally satisfied with the windows, especially our sunroom . The windows are insulated with argon gas which blocks out heat and UV rays. You can touch the glass on a hot sunny day and feel no heat.. They have helped tremendously on our heating and cooling bills. We also had them do oversized guttering and boxing . Totally satisfied with the product . After 15 years still looks great and a part of the boxing came loose and Jack sent someone within a reasonable time to fix it. We would definitely recommend their product. We would give window world a five star rating.and we would also recommend Jack Guiler for getting the job completed well. Pressleys are satisfied customers

Robert Stone came today to put our patio doors in , after he had gotten here they had ordered the wrong size, so he had to call back to the business and have them bring him another one down here. I felt bad for him. He was here for 7 hours. But he did a fantastic job.

Rick was great, explained, listened to what we wanted and answered all questions. He gave us options and choices. Also he demonstrated windows with quotes on the spot.
Installers worked amazingly, quickly, efficiently, and politely until complete. Window World updated our 1964 ranch, with quality windows and doors .With the recent 100 degree days.We are thankful to have window world doors and windows. We love the blinds in our patio door and in the bathroom window. Our power bill has reflected a substantial amount as well. Thanks again to when the world installers and Rick for making our home more comfortable. We would recommend them anytime to anyone looking for home improvements.

We couldn’t be happier with our new replacement windows from Window World. Every step of the process exceeded our expectations. Our sales representative, Clay, provided clear explanations and did not pressure us into making a decision. Our installers were timely, efficient, and professional. The company stands behind their products and ensures customer satisfaction. Our service tech, Dean, visited the house to tighten up a couple screen springs, and ensured our windows opened and closed easily, and even ordered a replacement sash for one of our windows with some visible caulking. We highly recommend Window World.

Grayson Kennelly came out and helped us decide on a new door going to our patio. We picked a french door with his help and it’s gorgeous. Installation crew was professional and neat. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.

Our experience started with Grayson. He demonstrated the product, explained the process, and provided several options with quotes on the spot. His no pressure approach was refreshing even managing to win over the trust of our dogs which is no small feat! Our installer, Robert Stone, was great! He arrived on time, was professional, polite and respectful of the property. He worked steady and efficiently until the job was complete - a true professional indeed! He stated that he has been with the company for a decade which told us that this was clearly a good company to work for. The widows and door are of great quality as well as beautiful; it's a shame to have to put curtains back up. Thank you so much Window World of the Triad, y'all were top notch from start to finish!

Definitely recommend Window World of the Triad. From the sales rep to customer service to installation crew - top notch! We’ve had them replace all of our homes existing windows - front casement and side/back tilt plus a bathroom privacy glass window. Very efficient and friendly installation crew! We will use WW for when we’re ready to replace all exterior doors w/in the next year.
