Hired Window World to replace all the windows and 2 outside doors in our house that were over 30 years old, and they did a great job. Were competitive on price and the windows installed are great. Had multiple sizes and types of windows, and was happy that they all arrived correctly and were able to be installed in one day, which I was impressed with for such a large job. The sales person and the installation crew were all very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was somewhat of a negative was that it took about 8 weeks for them to get all the windows in, but again with a job as large as ours and the current supply chain situation, is understandable. We were not in a hurry so was better to wait for the right stuff. We will be replacing our front door with window world in the future as well, after we finish a few other projects first, so would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience with Window World! I called in March to request a quote for 23 windows, 2 sliding doors and a new front door. They immediately called me back and we set up an appointment to get a quote. Sales associate (Kirk) was extremely helpful and honest with me and my husband about the style of windows we needed. We signed a contract and were told the windows would be here/ready to be installed in August. I received a call on July 6 that our windows were here and ready to be installed-they could be installed the very next day. Courtney was so friendly and sent the BEST crew out. The crew completed installation of 23 windows, 2 sliding glass doors and a front door in one day! They worked nonstop from 8am to 7:30pm. A site supervisor came out around 6 to make sure everything was going well and was very friendly also. Very very pleased with our experience with Window World and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get windows installed!

Window World did an excellent job on installing 26 windows, 2 doors plus storm doors, wrapping eaves and putting up new gutters and leaf guards. When we first contacted Window World and the sales rep came to the house, he was very personable and informative. Jack showed us samples of the two windows we were most interested in and answered all questions and concerns we had. He got back with his quote quickly. When we accepted he gave us a proposed date that the windows would arrive and be installed. The crews who came to do the installations were friendly and courteous and did an amazing job. We are very satisfied with our choice of Window World. I highly recommend them.
