Our design consultant was Clay, he was great from the start. He answered all the questions we had without hesitation. I called him months later after our consult to see if we could get started with our window install and he was quick to respond. Overall window world had the best warranty and price point. They also have lots of recommendations on Nextdoor.
Our installers Roberto and Julio replaced 6 new windows for us today. They did a fantastic job and were very thorough. I’ve never seen two guys move so quickly and efficiently. The windows look great! Thank you!

Friendly professional and didn’t try to oversell. Windows replaced were less expensive then other quotes and I can’t see were there is a difference in the quality. Will definitely look at Window World for other outside work.

From the salesman to the installers to the office staff everyone that I did business with was professional, kind, and polite. This is the second time I have had windows from window world of the triad, and I can’t say enough for the aftermarket service they provide. I couldn’t be happier.

I recently had the front door and windows in my house replaced through Window World of the Triad in Winston Salem. Rick Nichols, our design consultant, did a great job walking us through all our options and keeping us in a price range we were comfortable with. The installers also did a great job and were very professional.

We had new windows installed today by Window World of the Triad and can't thank them enough. They were quick and efficient, explained how to work the new windows for easy cleaning and security locks. They were in time, cleaned up anything they had out to work with and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend them to anyone needing windows replaced.

We had an excellent experience with Window World of the Triad when we replaced all of our windows in early 2025. The salesperson, Rick Nichols, responded quickly to all of our requests, including sourcing windows from another manufacturer with the glass tint package that we wanted. Rick was very professional. The installation team was very experienced and replaced all 17 windows in one day.

My Window World installation team, Kyle and Josh,, were professional and cordial. They, also, happily looked at an older window that wasn't opening easily and fixed that, too. They did a great job.
